Oven-Baked Fish 1 egg white 1 tsp water 1/3 cup bread crumbs 1/2 tsp lemon-pepper seasoning 1/4 tsp garlic salt 2 Tilapia fillets. Heat oven to 400°F Beat egg and water, Mix bread crumbs, lemon-pepper and garlic salt, Dip fish into egg mixture; coat with bread crumb mixture, Bake 10 minutes on each side.
